Returns & Exchanges

At Label Radini, we take pride in crafting pieces that exude elegance and sophistication. Our goal is to ensure that you receive garments you love and cherish. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve your concerns.

Return Policy

  • Eligible Items: Items must be returned within 7 days from delivery, in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Discounted Items: Products purchased on sale, with promotions, or using loyalty points cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Credit Notes & Gift Cards: Purchases made via gift cards and credit notes can be exchanged if eligible but not refunded.

  • International Orders: No returns or exchanges are allowed for international orders, except for damaged or defective products. Duties, taxes, and tariffs are non-refundable.

Exchange & Alteration for Customized or Made-to-Order Items

  • No exchanges are allowed for customized or made-to-order items.

  • If the wrong size is ordered, we offer free alterations, but shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Alterations may take up to 15 days or longer, depending on complexity.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are at the discretion of the company.

  • Canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for international orders do not cover duties, taxes, or tariffs.

Sale Items

  • Merchandise bought on discount or sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
